Jerry Gerard
President and Founder

President and Founder of A.C.T. since 1994, with over 25 years experience in the PCB industry as a Marketing Manager. Jerry is a graduated Tool & Die Maker and Associate Business Manager.

Formerly a Licensed NASD Member and Financial Planner.




Peter Chiu
V.P. of Business Development

V.P. of Business Development and Co-Founder, previously spent eight years as President of an Asian Forwarding Company, and has over ten years experience as V.P. of Marketing for two major Taiwanese PCB manufacturers.

Peter is our major liaison between Taiwan and China PCB manufacturers and A.C.T'.s USA customers.




Sharlene Edlin
Executive V.P.of Business Operations

Executive V.P.of Business Operations & Partner has spent over 17 years in Purchasing and Supplier Chain Management with related experience in Engineering and Quality Assurance for domestic and over seas Procurement.

Sharlene has spent 13 years with ACT, developing Customer Kan Ban Inventory, and VMI programs through an MRP Interface System. She has implemented a MAS 200 Software System that provides the interface of information through all departments, and most importantly accomplished the companies ISO9001 certification.




Steven Garcia
Quality Technical Operations Manager

Steven has over 20 years experience in the PCB Manufacturing in the capacity of Operations, Quality, and Process Engineering. His expertise includes New Product Development of Leading Edge Tech./Process Development, Real Time Production Management and Process Control.

Steven is an IPC Certified Instructor and very knowledgeable QS9000 PPAP.




Jack Gemmell
Business Operations Manager

Jack has over a decade of experience in Corporate Operations, Accounting Management and Strategic Customer Care. Areas of expertise include all aspects of financial analysis & planning, budget forecasting, resource allocation, operational management, stream line solutions for customer service, best practices, accounting and control.

Jack holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, majoring in Finance with a minor in Real Estate.
